Our Commitment to Privacy
LoanVerity is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe you should not have to trade your personal data for access to financial calculators. This policy explains what little data we interact with and how it is handled.
Data We Do Not Collect
LoanVerity does not collect, store, transmit, or sell: personal identification information (name, address, SSN), financial account numbers or balances, IP addresses (no server-side logging), geolocation data, browsing history across sites, or device fingerprinting data.
When you opt into analytics (via our cookie consent banner), Plausible tracks anonymized page views. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is GDPR-compliant out of the box. No data leaves your browser unless you explicitly consent.
Data Stored in Your Browser
All calculation inputs, results, and scenarios are stored entirely within your browser using localStorage. This data never leaves your device. Specifically: calculator inputs and results (restore your last session), saved scenarios (up to 5, stored locally), theme preference, cookie consent preferences, and recent searches (last 3 queries). You can clear all this data at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
Contact Form
When you submit our contact form, the data you provide is sent directly from your browser to Formspree, a third-party form processing service. The data is not stored on our servers because we have no servers. Formspree's privacy policy applies to the data you send.
Your Rights
GDPR (EU/EEA): Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, erase, or port. All your data lives in your browser.
CCPA (California): LoanVerity does not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information as defined by the CCPA.

We do not publish a physical business address at this stage. As a solo-founder operation with zero personal data collection, we prioritize privacy over publishing a personal or registered agent address. This policy will be updated if our business structure changes.
Children's Privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
